Welcome to eezPix Online Support Center. eezPix helps you creatively organize, edit and share photos.

You can get general guides on how to use eezPix from the Help document built in the program. On the main window of eezPix, click on the menu “Help > Help”, or just simply press the F1 button on the keyboard.

 

Why upgrade to the pro version?

 

Limitations on the free version of eezPix:

 

1.Basic templates

2.Watermarks on digital frames, photo collage, slideshow, and the pictures taken by the eezPix camera application.

3.Maximum quantity of batch processing: 10 photos per time.

 

With the eezPix Pro, you will get:

 

1.More free templates

2.No watermarks on digital frames, photo collage, slideshow and some others

3.No quantity limit on batch processing

 

How to upgrade eezPix to the pro version?

 

1.On the main window of eezPix, click the menu “Help > Upgrade to Advanced > Buy now”, or directly visit our online store.

2.Once you complete the online order, you were supposed to receive an email with the order information and license code.

3.Go to the main window of eezPix, and then click the menu "Help > Upgrade to Advanced".

4.Enter license name and key to the pop-out dialogue box. You may restart eezPix to activate the registration.

 

How to get more templates?

 

1.Browse eezPix templates download center to pick your favorites.

2.Click on the Download button to download the template.

3.Double-click on the downloaded template installation file to unzip the file.

4.Copy the unzipped folder to the eezPix program files folder, for instance, if you install eezPix to C:/Programs Files/ , then you may copy the templates folder to C:/Program Files/eezPix/. Please DO NOT change the original folder structure.
